Kool FM

Kool FM was a commercial radio station based in Karratha, Western Australia, primarily serving the Pilbara region. It broadcast on the 97.3 FM frequency and was part of the Redwave Media network, which was owned by Seven West Media. Kool FM played a mix of contemporary hits and adult contemporary music, catering to a diverse audience in the area. In 2020, the station was rebranded as Triple M Pilbara following its acquisition by Southern Cross Austereo. The rebranding aligned it with the larger Triple M network, which features a similar music format and local content.
