Radio Energy Romania (also known as NRJ Romania) was the Romanian branch of the international NRJ (Énergie) radio network, which originated in France. It primarily focused on contemporary hit music, catering to a younger audience with a mix of international and local pop, dance, and electronic tracks. The station operated in Romania until 2015, when it ceased transmission and was replaced by Virgin Radio Romania under the same ownership. NRJ's branding and programming approach were known for their dynamic and youthful appeal.
